They want to deprive evaders of right to drive car - People’s Deputy Honcharenko

The draft law on mobilization, prepared for the second reading in the Verkhovna Rada, contains a provision prohibiting petitioners from driving a car.
People's deputy from "ES" Oleksii Honcharenko reported this, Censor.NET informs.
"The main provisions: ... Restrictions on driving vehicles for men of the appropriate age at the request of the TCRSS. Violation of the Constitution? No, we haven't heard of it," Honcharenko wrote.
In the text of the draft law, which was previously published by the "servant of the people" Danylo Hetmantsev, it is stated that in the event of a citizen's failure to comply with the TCRSS's requirements for military conscripts to fulfill their duty within the time limits established by law, the TCRSS will apply to the court regarding "restriction of such a person's right to drive a vehicle during mobilization".
The court must reject the claim in two cases:
- if the establishment of such a restriction deprives a person of the main legal source of livelihood;
- if a person uses a vehicle in connection with a disability or being dependent on a person with a disability of the I, II group, recognized in the established procedure, or a child with a disability.
Also, as Honcharenko noted, the draft law provides for the restriction of consular services for men aged 18 to 60 without military registration documents.
