Prosecutor’s Office: Russian shelling killed at least 3 people and wounded 4 in Donetsk region today

Hostile attacks on Pokrovsk and Volnovakha districts of the Donetsk region on Saturday killed three people and wounded four others.

"Three people died and four others were injured in enemy attacks on Pokrovsk and Volnovakha districts.
On 13 April 2024, the occupation army of the Russian Federation carried out air strikes on Netailove and Novoselydivtsi villages in the Pokrovsk district. The shells hit residential buildings. As a result of the shelling, a 60-year-old man and his wife sustained life-threatening injuries in one of the private houses. In addition, a woman of 66 years old died of serious injuries.
The village of Ocheretyne also came under fire, where an entire entrance of an apartment building was destroyed. Rescuers managed to unblock a 43-year-old resident - doctors diagnosed her with a bruised forearm. A 90-year-old resident was also injured in the yard of a private house and taken to a medical facility. The final number of casualties is being established.
The enemy probably also carried out artillery attacks on Krasnohorivka and Bohoiavlenka village in the Volnovakha district. As a result of the shelling of the settlements, a 73-year-old pensioner who was in her car and a 57-year-old man who was riding a motorcycle sustained mine-blast trauma, craniocerebral trauma and shrapnel wounds.
Residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged in the settlements," the prosecutor's office said.
