Scholz: Putin should not hope for weakening of support for Ukraine

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin should not count on his partners to stop supporting Ukraine.
German Prime Minister Olaf Scholz told journalists about this, commenting on the decision of the lower house of the US Congress to help Ukraine, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.
"The fact that the House of Representatives has decided to continue financial support for Ukraine, including arms support, is... a very clear message, including to the Russian president, that he should not expect to continue this war, because the US and European assistance to Ukraine will decrease," Scholz said.
The Chancellor is convinced that the assistance to Ukraine from its partners will not stop or decrease.
For her part, German Foreign Minister Annalena Bearbok, before the meeting of EU foreign and defence ministers, noted that after the US congressional approval of the aid package for Ukraine, "the hearts of the US and Europe are beating in unison again".
