In Reserve+, deferral from mobilization for parents with many children is already available
In the Reserve+ application, a service for online deferment from mobilization for parents with many children has been added.
This was announced by Defense Minister Rustem Umierov, Censor.NET reports.
"We have taken another important step towards the digitalization of the military sphere. From now on, the Reserve+ app allows families with many children to apply for a deferral from mobilization. Currently, this applies to families raising three minor children in a joint marriage," he said.
How to apply for a deferral:
- Log in to Reserve+.
- Send a request for a deferral.
- The system will automatically check your status.
"If you meet the requirements, information about the deferment will automatically appear in your electronic military record," Umierov explained.
"We are working to ensure that all types of deferments for parents with many children will soon be available in Reserve+. We are also striving to make online registration of deferments possible for other categories of citizens," the Defense Minister added.
As a reminder, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the bill on mobilization as a whole on April 11, 2024, and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed it on April 17.
The law came into force a month after its official publication, on May 18, 2024. Draft Law 12104, approved on November 20, amends Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine on Mobilization.
