Obama delegated his Secretary of State to allocate $21.5 million in assistance to Ukrainian government

Censor.NET reports citing the U.S. president's memorandum dated Sept. 29.

The documents includes two articles. With the first one, the U.S. president delegates the Secretary of State to direct "the drawdown of up to $20 million in defense articles and services of the Department of Defense and military education and training to provide assistance for the Government of Ukraine."

The second article provides for $1.5 million drawdown "in nonlethal commodities and services from any agency of the United States Government to be allocated as assistance for the Government of Ukraine," the memorandum reads.
