Terrorists followed truce yesterday. Ukrainian army is preparing for winter season

The last day (Oct. 24) in the ATO area passed completely quiet. The militants didn’t violate the Minsk agreements.

According to the report, the ATO forces are dislocated at determined positions, retrofitting the defense system, and preparing military equipment for winter season.

"Today is the day of tanks withdrawal from the demarcation line. The OSCE representatives will be verifying the process. Afterwards, the ATO forces will withdraw 100mm guns," the report reads.
