Vilkul’s campaign office could have been buying votes over the Internet for Kremlin’s money, - Advisor to Interior Minister Shkiriak

"We do not rule out that campaign office of one of the candidates for mayor of Dnipropetrovsk, namely Oleksandr Vilkul, may be involved in this criminal scheme," Advisor to Interior Minister Zorian Shkiriak told a press-conference.

He said that investigative actions were underway as a result of which more than 3,000 bank cards of those, who "were willing to take money for the vote in this election", had been blocked.
