Kremlin in 'high dudgeon' about no restoration of power supplies to Crimea

The Kremlin feels regrets and is deeply concerned with alleged inactivity by the Ukrainian authorities in the issue of power supplies restoration to Crimea.
This was announced by Russian president's press secretary Dmitriy Peskov, Censor.NET reports citing TASS."I can only express deep regret and high dudgeon regarding the fact that contracted power supplies to Crimea have not been resumed," he said.
