Diplomats prepare Poroshenko's visit to US for Nuclear Security Summit, - Ambassador Chalyi
This was announced by Ukraine's Ambassador to the U.S. Valerii Chalyi in an interview to Voice of America radio station, Censor.NET reports citing UNIAN.
"I can announce this now, although it's not final, but we will be planning and preparing Ukraine's President Poroshenko's visit to Washington, D.C., in late March with the purpose of participation in the Nuclear Security Summit, and we are planning a set of additional meetings," he noted.
"Besides, there is a whole list of contacts at high level for deepening of our relations, primarily in political, economic, and security sectors," the Ambassador added.
