Germany allocated 28 million Euros to support children of internally displaced persons in Ukraine
Germany has allocated 28 million Euros to the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) to support the children of internally displaced persons in Ukraine.
Ukraine's ambassador to Germany Andrii Melnyk wrote on Twitter, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski novyny."The German Federal Government has allocated 28 million Euros to support children affected by the ongoing conflict in the east of Ukraine," the ambassador wrote.
He added that first lady of Germany Daniela Schadt will come to Ukraine as the Patroness of UNICEF in support of projects for the children of internally displaced persons.

Earlier, the European Union has allocated 800 thousand Euros to UNICEF-Ukraine to support educational programs for children in the east of Ukraine.
