Kononenko on Abromavicius' statement: It's laying his own fault on someone else

Today's statement of resignation by Minister of Economic Development and Trade Aivaras Abromavicius is emotional.
In addition, it may indicate an attempt to shift the blame for failures in ministry's work. This was stated by first deputy chairman of Poroshenko Bloc parliamentary faction Ihor Kononenko, who Abromavicius accused of blocking the reforms undertaken by the ministry, Censor.NET reports referring to Interfax-Ukraine.
When asked how he could comment on the minister's statement of resignation, including due to the pressure by Kononenko, the MP said: "As a desire to lay his own fault on someone else. They try to shift the responsibility for failing certain issues on the deputies of our faction," he says.
When asked whether he would go to court because of the allegations the minister made against him, Kononenko replied: "I don't think I'll go to court."
"I believe this was an emotional statement. There is a positive in his work as the minister, but there is also a negative. I think this is due to my comment - it actually did not belong to me but to deputies of our faction - about dissatisfaction with his work at the last meeting of the faction, which I commented after the meeting. This is just an emotional reaction," the MP concluded.
Earlier, it was reported that Abromavicius decided to resign over Poroshenko Bloc MP Ihor Kononenko's criticism.
