Dutch Foreign Trade Minister calls on to support EU-Ukraine Association Agreement
Member of the 'Ukrainians in the Netherlads' NGO Alina Cherkas wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
"One: GO and VOTE! Second: vote "YES"! I would also tell you WHY you should vote "yes". This agreement is good for Ukraine and good for the EU. You should vote "yes" because many-many young activists in Kyiv, in Ukraine, went to the Maidan Square to stand up for their rights and for the reform. All of them wanted the choice that they thought was the best for Ukraine!" Lilianne Ploumen said delivering a speech at the University of Groningen.
"Here in the Netherlands we want to support the reform, we want to help them to fight corruption. And we also see many opportunities for the Dutch business and investments in Ukraine. So, it's good for Ukraine, it's good for the Netherlands and basically it's good for the free world that all of us want to live in!" the Minister for Foreign Trade added.
