Ukraine and Sri Lanka signed Agreements on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters
Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin hold negotiations with Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Mangala Samaraweera.
Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the Foreign Ministry.During the meeting, two sides have discussed the state and further development of relations between Ukraine and Sri Lanka in wide range of areas, both at bilateral level and within international organizations, expansion of the existing bilateral legal base, and promotion of the dialogue between the foreign ministries of both countries.
The important practical outcome of the meeting was signing of the Agreements on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons, and Treaty on Extradition.
