20 attacks registered over day, Mariupol direction being hottest, - ATO press center
Russian proxies keep violating the cease-fire in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area. Since midnight, they have committed 20 attacks against the Ukrainian military.
Censor.NET reports referring to the ATO press center.As noted, the most strained situation was recorded near Mariupol where the enemy resorted to a number of armed provocations, using Minsk-banned heavy artillery. 122-mm caliber was employed against Myrne, while 30 152-mm rounds were fired toward Ukrainian positions on the northern outskirts of Hranitne (Sionitnyi railway station).
Ukrainian soldiers in Marinka and Vodiane came under several 120-mm mortar attacks. In addition, the enemy employed heavy machine guns outside Shyrokyne, small arms in Starohnativka and an IFV near Hnutove.
At Donetsk direction, occupants fired 82-mm mortars on Luhanske and Svitlodarsk, while various types of grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms were used in the vicinity of Verkhniotoretske. An enemy IFV was spotted in Svitlodarsk.
In the Luhansk region, 82-mm mortars and automatic grenade launchers were employed in Krymske, small arms in Lopaskine. Sniper activity was recorded in the area of Zolote.
