"I really believe that this and the next month are among the most crucial in terms of Russia's aggression against Ukraine. Because the international dimension of today is uncertain in many aspects. This is due to the fact that the U.S. is bothered with the upcoming election, and a lot of troublesome things are happening in the EU. All our analysts argue that if Putin is to intensify the fighting in the east of Ukraine... it's most likely to occur in September-October," Parubii noted.

The politician points out that this state of affairs prompts the parliament to analyze possible risks and do its best to strengthen defense capability. In particular, the army reform legislative framework and the financial support of Ukraine's Armed Forces are among the most pressing issues.
