Ukrainian army and militants agreed on cease-fire in Avdiivka, - State Emergency Service
Today, the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) forces and the Russian hybrid forces agreed on a cease-fire till 3 p.m. in the state-controlled town of Avdiivka in the Donetsk region.
Censor.NET reports citing the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.A pyrotechnic unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and "DTEK Vysokovoltni Merezhi'' repair team are directed to demine the area and repair high-voltage lines.
128 people and 32 units of equipment are involved in the repair work.
The objects of social infrastructure without own backup power systems are to be provided with electricity from 12 generators of the State Emergency Service. Two generators supply power to the Avdiivka hospital and "Ukrtelecom" telephone station.
Due to the militants' shelling of Avdiivka, there is no power and water supply in the town, though houses are being heated.
