Court says agreements on excluding Mezhyhiria residence of state property are illegal, - Lutsenko

Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko says the next step should be a pretrial ruling on liability of former President Yanukovych and ex-Energy Minister Stavytskyi for this illegal deal.

Lutsenko wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

"The Kyiv Economic Court of Appeal upon the proposal of the Kyiv Prosecutor's Office, on Aug. 1 ruled to invalidate the contracts under which the government residence Mezhyhiria was excluded from the state property in 2007.

"The next step is a court ruling about liability of Yanukovych, Stavytskyi, and others for the dictator's illegal deal," Lutsenko said.
