Traffic restricted in Kyiv downtown over football game in the evening Monday, - City State Administration
On Monday, Oct. 9, the traffic will be restricted in Kyiv downtown over a football game between the teams of Ukraine and Croatia at the Olimpiiskyi National Sports Complex.
Censor.NET reports citing the Kyiv City State Administration.On Oct. 9, the following changes in city traffic routes have been introduced:
- stop and parking of vehicles prohibited along Kazymyra Malevycha Street (between Kovpaka and Ivana Fedorova Streets) and Mykoly Hrinchenka (between Ivana Fedorova and Kirovohradsksa Streets) from 6 a.m. Oct. 9 till 1 a.m. Oct. 10, except for vehicles of event participants;
- stop and parking of vehicles prohibited along Esplanadna Street between Baseina and Saksahanskoho Streets from 6 a.m. Oct. 9 till 1 a.m. Oct. 10;
- movement of all vehicles prohibited for the time of Croatian fans march along the following route: 10 Ivana Fedorova Str. - Ivana Fedorova Street - Vekyka Vasylkivska Street - Vekyka Vasylkivska Street - Dilova Street - Esplanadna Street - Olimpiiskyi National Sports Complex;
- movement of vehicles prohibited along Esplanadna Street between Baseina and Saksahanskoho Streets from 6 p.m. Oct. 9 till 1 a.m. Oct. 10, except for public transport;
- movement of all vehicles prohibited for the time of Ukrainian fans march along the following route: 13 Tarasa Shevchenka Blvd. (Tarasa Shevchenka park) - Tarasa Shevchenka Boulevard - Khreshchatyk - Besarabska Ploshcha - Baseina Street - Esplanadna Street - Olimpiiskyi National Sports Complex.
