Ukrainian soldier wounded as Russian proxies mortared Avdiivka, Pisky suburbs, - ATO HQ

Censor.NET reports citing the latest update by the ATO headquarters press center.

"In Luhansk direction, the militants fired upon our strong points on the outskirts of Krymske and Luhanske with small arms, large-caliber machine guns and grenade launchers four times.

"The same types of weapons were employed by the mercenaries against defenders of Hnutove and Vodiane in Mariupol direction.

"Near Donetsk, the invaders unleashed upon the defenders of Avdiivka and Pisky over 50 shells with 82-mm mortars and over 20 shells with 120-mm ones. A Ukrainian serviceman received injury in one of these mortar strikes.

"The enemy also fired upon ATO troops near Pisky with IFV weapons and anti-aircraft guns.

"A total of 16 truce violations by the illegal armed groups have been recorded since the beginning of the day. Almost every enemy attack was suppressed by our fighters' response fire with infantry weapons," the situation report reads.
