Luhansk terrorists’ chieftain orders health check on Ukrainian hostages following talks with Putin

Leader of the Luhansk militants Igor Plotnitsky instructed his henchmen to check health of the Ukrainian hostages before handing them over to Kyiv.

Censor.NET reports citing terrorists-run news outlets.

Plotnitsky instructed head of the work group on the exchange of hostages of the so-called "LPR" Olga Kobtseva to check the Ukrainian prisoners' detention conditions and find out whether they needed medical assistance to make "their condition satisfactory."

The separatists' news outlet also reported that Plotnitsky made such a decision following the telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin that was held Nov. 15.

Earlier, Putin's crony Viktor Medvedchuk proposed the Russian president to discuss prisoner swap with the leaders of the "LPR" and "DPR".

Putin eventually held talks with the leaders of the Russian-backed terrorist organizations "LPR" and "DPR" regarding Medvedchuk's initiative on the exchange of prisoners.
