Patrol police officers were the first to arrive at the scene of a Russian missile hitting a multi-storey building in Dnipro.

"These photos show the first minutes after the missile strike, which shook the whole Dnipro together with Ukraine.
All the horror - terrible destruction, burning cars, desperate cries of people from under the rubble were first seen and heard by the patrols of the 2nd Battalion who were on shift.
Serhii Kryvoshei's crew was very close to the epicenter of the explosion. Together with colleagues, they promptly arrived to help from almost all corners of the city.
`Patrol policemen together with rescuers immediately began to evacuate residents of neighboring buildings, as there is a high threat of collapse. They lowered pensioners with limited mobility from the upper floors, helped to carry injured and bloody people to ambulances.
Among the rescued people, there is a whole family with a pet. The people could not get out of the blocked apartment of the neighboring mutilated entrance. Their neighbor asked Serhiy Kryvoshei to help the family get out and offered to break the wall of her own balcony. Patrol policemen using a crowbar and a sledgehammer made a hole in the wall and pulled out 2 children and 4 adults. They did not forget about the cat.

As it is known, as a result of a missile strike on January 14, a civilian high-rise building was hit in the city of Dnipro. The whole entrance was destroyed.
According to the National Police, as of 20:00 on January 14, 35 people, including 6 children, were rescued from the rubble of the high-rise building. Russia claimed the lives of five people, another 64 were injured. The head of the Dnipropetrovs'k Regional Military Administration Valentyn Reznychenko said that 12 children were among the injured.
