Consequences of shelling in Kharkiv region: dead and wounded, among them child. PHOTOS

On January 21, Russian troops shelled the village of Veterynarne of the Derhachiv district and the town of Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region. There is a dead and wounded, including a child.

This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

"According to the investigation, on January 21 around 11:00 a.m., the occupiers shelled the village of Veterynarne of the Dergachy district: a civilian was injured.

Around 06:00 a.m., Russian servicemen fired artillery at the city of Vovchansk. An enemy shell hit a private house. A 70-year-old woman died. The couple and their 7-year-old daughter were injured.

Also, a 71-year-old man was wounded in Vovchansk as a result of Russian shelling on January 20. Several residential buildings were damaged," the report said.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
