Japan will provide Ukraine with 100 vehicles and 30,000 ready-to-eat food rations for needs of Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Censor.NET reports this with reference to the website of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The handover ceremony took place today at the Ministry of Defence of Japan.
The first two vehicles are already on their way to Ukraine, while the rest will be sent after passing the technical inspection and the necessary preparation.
It is noted that for the first time in Japan's post-war history, the Self-Defence Forces are transferring military equipment to a warring country.
