At around 10:30 p.m., the Russians launched a missile attack, using S-300 missiles, on the Kyiv district of Kharkiv

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov, Censor.NET reports.

"The shelling damaged the building of a hotel complex, where more than 30 civilians were present at the time of the strike. Several cars also caught fire," the statement said.

There are 11 known victims, 4 of whom are men aged 31 to 38, and 7 are women aged 23 to 71.

"Nine victims were taken to medical institutions. Currently, one of the victims - a 35-year-old man - is in serious condition, 8 patients are in moderate and light condition, 2 were treated on the spot," added Synehubov.
