Russian troops shelled Kherson with S-300 systems at night, and the city was shelled twice.
This was announced by the head of the RMA, Oleksander Prokudin, Censor.NET reports.
"Enemy fire damaged a kindergarten, a multi-story building, and a shopping center.
A 54-year-old woman from Kherson sustained a leg injury and explosive trauma in her own home. She was provided with medical aid on the spot," the statement said.
