Over the past day, Russian troops fired 24 times at the territory of the Kherson region using multiple launch rocket systems, mortars, artillery, tanks, and UAVs. Four people were injured as a result of Russian aggression.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the Communications Department of the National Police.
As noted, Kherson, Stanislav, Novotyanka, Sadove, Ingulets, Kizomys, Prydniprovske, Antonivka, Veletynske, Beryslav, Osokorivka, Zmiivka, and Tiahynka suffered from enemy combined attacks.
In the Kherson district, the police recorded damage to 65 objects: 30 private and 8 multi-story buildings, a lyceum, 13 cars, a service station, 2 shops, warehouses, garages, and gas pipelines.
"A 68-year-old woman was wounded in Stanislav as a result of enemy artillery shelling, a lyceum, and 2 private houses were damaged. Novotyanka and Inhulets also suffered from artillery attacks, where two women aged 76 and 46 were wounded and 11 houses were damaged," the National Police said in a statement.
Law enforcers also report that in the afternoon, the enemy attacked Beryslav with a drone. A 69-year-old man was injured as a result of an explosion of ammunition dropped from a drone.
In Kherson, the Russian army shelled private houses, businesses, and cars in the Northern district, a factory in the Korabelny district, high-rise buildings, and a park in the Dniprovsky district.
All relevant services were working at the sites of the Russian attacks, providing assistance to the victims, and eliminating and documenting the consequences of the shelling.
Over the past 24 hours, police responded to 323 statements and reports from citizens about criminal offenses and other incidents. Nineteen proceedings were opened under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Violation of the laws and customs of war".
