On 2 April, Russian troops launched a rocket attack on the city of Dnipro, injuring 18 people.

This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, Censor.NET reports.

"As a result of the attack, 18 people were injured, 12 of them were hospitalized. Among the victims are five children aged 14 to 17. Four educational institutions, 9 apartment buildings were damaged, with windows smashed by the blast wave, and dozens of cars were damaged," the statement said.

The type of weapon is to be determined.

On 2 April 2024, an explosion occurred in Dnipro during an air raid alert. The air force warned of a missile being launched towards the city.

The AC 'East' said that a Kh-59 missile was shot down over the city.
