Employees of the State Border Guard Service and the State Fiscal Service discovered $260,000 during a search of Volkswagen Tuareg SUV at Novotroitske checkpoint.

Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the State Border Guard Service.

"The cache was found under the rear seat. The owner of the vehicle is a 56-year-old resident of the Donetsk region. The car and the money were handed over to the fiscal services for proper legal decision," the statement reads.
