People's deputy, Interior Ministry Adviser Anton Herashchenko wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.
"The head of the Housing, Transport, and Communications Division of the Legal Department of the Kharkiv City Council and a legal adviser of the same Department were detained in their offices after accepting a bribe in the amount of $4,000.
"The suspects extorted and received a bribe for rejecting a claim on the recognition of ownership rights to apartment disputed in terms of inheritance.



"The Prosecutor General's Office is examining the investigative materials, seeking to expand the circle of suspects as regards the chiefs of the detained persons, if there is enough evidence for this. The court will decide further," Herashchenko wrote.
