He said that involvement of the following people in crimes against Maidan protesters has been established: current head of public security department of the National Guard Volodymyr Hryniak, head of preventive activities department of the National Police Ihor Babych, and his deputy Anatolii Seredynskyi.

Horbatiuk said PGO has testimony by some commanders who confirmed that their activities during the Maidan attack were coordinated by Seredynskyi by phone.

The prosecutor believes that Hryniak, Seredynskyi, and Babych coordinated law enforcers during the Maidan attack on Feb. 18-19. Hryniak was appointed commander of the joint unit of the Interior Ministry during the Revolution of Dignity.

Horbatiuk said that the leadership of the Interior Ministry is currently sabotaging the work of PGO and does not help bringing its employees to justice in Euromaidan-related cases.
