Military commissars in Kharkiv forcibly dragged man into bus. TCC says they are investigating. VIDEO
A video has been posted on the Internet showing, according to preliminary data, employees of the Kharkiv TCC and the SP forcibly dragging a man into a minibus. The TCC says it is investigating the circumstances of the "conflict situation".
Censor.NET reports this with reference to Liga.net.
In the video, people in uniform are dragging a civilian down the street, who is shouting loudly: "No, what are you doing? Let go!". A few seconds later, a service minibus appears in the frame, and the military enlistment office staff try to drag the man into it. He resists for a few seconds and continues to shout, but eventually they put him in the vehicle and take him away.
The press service of the Kharkiv TCC and SP replied that it was investigating all the circumstances of the incident.
"As of now, the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and law enforcement agencies are examining all the circumstances that led to the conflict situation and checking that officials comply with the procedure for notifying persons liable for military service," the TCC said.
