Грузинський Forbes вирішив не відставати від чинного грузинського уряду в плазуванні перед росією. Я дізнався про це випадково, займаючись кейсом російського кримінальника Тамаза «Тобольського» Сомхішвілі, підприємство якого ремонтує російську бойову авіацію, і який просто зараз вибиває з Києва $100 млн. В ході моніторингу даних про фігуранта дослідження я побачив відверто іміджевий матеріал грузинського Forbes про «Тобольського», а трохи згодом з’ясував, що журнал видалив цю статтю.

Тамаз Сомхішвілі та його адвокат Тарас Думич, які судяться з КМДА за $100 млн або ділянку київської землі, паралельно ведуть активну медійну кампанію. Спочатку вони просували наратив про «британського інвестора», від виплати бюджетних грошей якому буцімто залежать відносини з Лондоном, і запустили його на проросійських сайтах на кшталт видання Вєсті. Потім британському інвестору купили дослідження про те, що проти нього ведеться «дискредитаційна кампанія» і також розмістили на проросійських Вєстях. Пізніше директорка Центру контент-аналізу у коментарі Главкому заявила, що покупець Тарас Думич ввів Центр в оману і не сказав, що фігурант – громадянин росії і кримінальний авторитет.  

І нарешті у грузинському Forbes вийшов, без перебільшення, справжній епос про Сомхішвілі, підписаний головним редактором видання – Георгієм Ісакадзе (Giorgi Isakadze). Це щось на кшталт «Малої Землі» про те, як дорогий Тамаз Валеріанович моторним парубком переїхав із Грузії до Сибіру та здобув там велику славу. Торгуючи нафтою разом із Лукойлом та Роснафтою, займаючись девелопментом та авіабізнесом, Тамаз прийшов до успіху – отримав британське громадянство, і все було б добре, але «українка гадить»: у Києві інвестора не зрозуміли, образили і досі не віддали $100 млн.

Тобто, грузинський Forbes випустив не просто «джинсу», а матеріал, ціллю якого була легалізація Сомхішвілі в Україні та отримання ним грошей від України. Інакше б навіщо було розганяти статтю грузинського видання на українських сайтах буквально наступного дня. На яких сайтах? Ну звісно, на Вєстях та їм подібних. 

Далі на сайті Politica.com.ua вийшов «програмний» панегірик із заголовком «Обязательство перед союзником: власть встала на защиту прав британского инвестора», який стверджує, що «британський інвестор» виграє інформаційну війну» і його «чекає успіх у суді», бо у нього є дослідження Центру Контент-аналізу, який належить депутату "Слуги народу" Маріковському, а по-друге, його підтримав авторитетний Forbes, «який дав правдиву та незаангажовану біографію інвестора», яка «стане холодним душем для українських корупціонерів».

Холодний душ дійсно ллється, але на самого «британського інвестора». На третій день після публікації грузинський Forbes видаляє статтю. Жодних пояснень, чому, грузинське видання не дало досі. Мої спроби зв’язатися із головним редактором Георгієм Ісакадзе, який і був автором цього матеріалу, успіху не мали. Він не брав слухавку та ігнорував повідомлення у месенджері. Ба більше, пан Ісакадзе чомусь так розхвилювався від дзвінків з українського номеру, що зніс своє фото у Телеграм і замінив його аватаркою із написом «Удаленный аккаунт». 

Я не знаю, чому пан Ісакадзе так розхвилювався. Можливо, головний офіс у США висловив подив з приводу матеріалу, який відбілює російського кримінальника, пов’язаного із головним російським мафіозі Шакро Молодим та російською маріонеткою Бідзіною Іванішвілі. А можливо, «інвестор» сказав в інтерв’ю зайве, а потім намагався видалити, і це призвело до конфлікту і повного видалення матеріалу. Адже насправді Сомхішвілі, сам того не бажаючи, дав дуже цікаві свідчення, які можуть стати в нагоді як українському суду, так і українським правоохоронцям, якщо вони все ж таки почнуть працювати. Отже, «британець» своїми свідченнями підтверджує, що він: 

• Був одним з керівників Лукойлу.

• Мав спільний бізнес з Роснефтью (Роснефтеэкспорт, засновниками якої були Сомхішвілі, Лукойл та Роснефть).

• Був реальним покупцем від Лукойлу Одеського НПЗ у Григорія Суркіса 

• Досі має офіс у росії (незважаючи на брехню його адвоката Думича про повну відсутність бізнес-активності у росії).

• Має відносини з Бідзіною Іванішвілі.

• Має компанію ТAM-Management, яка управляє Тбіліським авіаційним заводом.

• Бреше про те, що займався лише цивільною авіацією, що спростовує сайт ТAM-Management, де вказано, що вона займається ремонтом та модернізацією бойової авіації: літаків СУ-25, вертольотів МІ-8 та МІ-24, ракет R60/73.

З огляду на зазначене, я все ж таки плекаю надію, що Георгій Ісакадзе (Giorgi Isakadze) відновить свій «видалений акаунт» і дасть відповіді на прості запитання:

• Які причини видалення матеріалу?
• Чи є видалення матеріалу актом підтримки України?

Також я хотів би звернутися до Integrated Whale Media Investments та the Forbes family, оскільки те, що сталося, підриває репутацію бренду. Таку витівку міг собі дозволити хіба що Сергій Курченко, але його володіння франшизою Forbes, нагадаю, завершилося відкликанням ліцензії.

Forbes Georgia chose to keep up with the incu mbent Georgian government in terms of fawning at russia’s feet. I came to know this accidentally, working on the case of a russian career criminal Tamaz Somkhishvili, whose business entity performs repair works of the russian combat aviation, and who is blatantly trying to pocket $100 million of Kyiv’s money. In process of monitoring the person in question, I stumbled upon a hyped-up “character piece” by Forbes Georgia regarding “Tobolskiy”, and a while later, the publication axed the article altogether.

Tamaz Somkhishvili and his attorney Taras Dumych, who are currently in legal battle with the Kyiv City State Administration for $100 million or a lot of Kyiv land, are at the same time actively engaged in media campaign. They first pushed the narrative of “British investor”, who’s supposed to be paid with state money in order for the relations with London stay as they are, and later floated this narrative down the pro-russian outlets like Vesti.ua. Then, a survey concerning alleged “smearing campaign” against the British investor was paid for, and published on the said Vesti. The head of the Center of Content-Analysis later said in her commentary for Glavkom.ua that Taras Dumych tricked the Center, and deliberately failed to disclose that his defendant is a russian national and a career criminal.

 Finally, Forbes Georgia published, without a doubt, one truly heroic saga about Somkhishvili, which was approved for publication by the editor-in-chief of the outlet, Giorgi Isakadze. Something along the lines of “Malaya Zemlya” with the dearest Tamaz Valerianovich, as a restless and ambitious youngster, moving from Georgia to Siberia and making it to the top there.

Trading oil with Lukoil and Rosneft, dealing with development and aviation business, Tamaz hit the summit – he got himself a British passport, and it would be swell if not for the “pesky Ukraine”: in Kyiv, the investor was criminally misunderstood, offended, and is still owed $100 million.

So, Forbes Georgia did not just publish a paid promotional piece, but it was a piece that was meant to legalize Somkhishvili in Ukraine, and help him get money off Ukraine. Why would the Ukrainian sites spin the story of the Georgian outlet the very next week otherwise? What sites do we peak of? Surely, Vesti and others of the kind.

Then, Politica.com.ua website posted a “premeditated” eulogy headlined “Commitment to an ally: government stands up for British investor’s rights” which claimed that “the British investor” was winning the information war” and was going to “most certainly succeed in court”, for he’s got a survey done by the Center of Content-Analysis – owned by the Marikovskyy, “Sluga Narodu” MP; and secondly, he was backed by the authoritative Forbes that “provided the truthful and unbiased biography of the investor”, that will serve as “cold shower for Ukrainian corruptors”.

It is indeed a cold shower, but it’s the “British investor” who is getting soaked. On the third day after publication, Forbes Georgia removed the article. As for explanations why that happened, the Georgian outlet has provided none so far. My attempts to reach the editor-in-chief, Giorgi Isakadze – the author of the material – amounted to no success whatsoever. He never answered my calls and ignored my messages. Moreover, Mr. Isakadze got so unsettled by the phone calls from a Ukrainian number that he pulled down his own photo on Telegram, and replaced it with an avatar that says “Deleted Account”.

I have no idea why Mr. Isakadze got so nervous. Perhaps the head office in the U.S. expressed their surprise in regard to material that is whitewashing the russian criminal, connected to the main russian mafioso Shakro Molodoy and the russian puppet Bidzina Ivanishvili. Or perhaps “the investor” said something he shouldn’t have in the interview, and was trying to take it out, which led to conflict and axing of the entire story. In reality, without even knowing it, Somkhishvili said something rather interesting, which can come in handy for both Ukrainian court, and Ukrainian law enforcement, should they care to get to work. Basically, “the Brit” confirms in his testimony the following:

• He was one of the people in charge of Lukoil.

• He had a mutual business with Rosneft (Rosnefteksport, the founders being Somkhishvili, Lukoil and Rosnefneft.

• He was, as a representative of Lukoil, the real buyer of Odesa Oil Refinery from Hryhorii Surkis.

• Still has an operating office in russia (despite the intentional false claims of his lawyer Dumych regarding the complete cease of his client’s commercial action in russia).

• He is in relationship with Bidzina Ivanishvili.

• Has a business entity TAM-Management, that runs the Tbilisi Aviation Factory).

• He is lying about his exclusive involvement in civil aviation, which is negated by the TAMManagement website, where it states that TAMManagement is engaged in repair and modernization of combat aircraft: Su-25 combat airplanes, Mi-8 and Mi-24 combat helicopters, and R60/73 air missiles.

In view of the said, I am still hopeful that Giorgi Isakadze will restore his “deleted account” and will answer the simple questions:

• Why was the article removed?
• Can the removal of the article be considered the act of support of Ukraine?

I would like to address Integrated Whale Media Investments and the Forbes family, for what happened is damaging the reputation of the brand. The stunt of this manner could be only pulled by someone like Serhii Kurchenko, yet let us not forget that his ownership of the Forbes franchise ended in the revocation of the license.
