Zelensky discussed with Dutch Prime Minister Rutte risks of escalation at front and defense needs

"He talked about the risk of escalation at the front and potential challenges, as well as about our defense needs for an adequate response. We are counting on concrete steps by our partners to maximally strengthen Ukraine at the nearest Ramstein," the president wrote.
