Advances in the Avdiivka direction have cost the Russian invaders a lot of money.
This was stated by the spokesman for the Tauria Defence Forces, Oleksandr Shtupun, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.
"Starting from 10 October, when the enemy became more active, they advanced in some places by one and a half to two kilometres. But it cost him very dearly: in a little over two months, it has been estimated that in the Donetsk region alone, in the Tavria operational zone, the enemy lost almost 25,000 people dead and wounded, destroyed about 200 tanks and more than 400 other armoured vehicles. And 80% of these figures are from the Avdiivka direction ," said Shtupun.
According to him, the occupiers have an advantage in manpower, sometimes they are well armed, equipped and trained.
