In Russia, local businesses are dissatisfied with the actions of the Russian armed forces, which expose the border to unjustified danger.

"The situation around the Tyotkinsky Sugar Plant located in the Kursk region is illustrative, as the Moscow Arbitration Court refused to recover from the Russian Defense Ministry the losses incurred by the company in the first three months since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
At the time, the company's facilities and surrounding areas were used by the Russian Armed Forces and were repeatedly damaged by shelling, resulting in losses of 75 million rubles. However, the Kremlin authorities decided not to compensate the owners for the destruction of their property," the statement said.
