His body was found this morning in the Lukianivka district in Kyiv.

Passers-by saw a bloody body and called the police. An ID of the employee of the Presidential Administration in the name of Oleksander Bukhtatyi was found near the corpse.

Oleksandr Bukhtatyi was a main adviser of the Information Policy Department at the Presidential Administration.
