During the day, the enemy launched 2 rockets and 34 air strikes, carried out more than 36 attacks from rocket salvo systems.
The probability of launching missile and air strikes remains high throughout the territory of Ukraine.
The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive actions in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Mariinka directions - more than 35 enemy attacks were repelled.
In the Volyn, Polissia, Siversk, and Slobozhansk directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly, and no signs of the formation of offensive groups of the enemy have been detected. During the day, the enemy shelled the settlements of Hremiach, Chernihiv region; Seredyna-Buda, Baranivka, Bezsalivka, Volfyne, Turia, Vysoke of the Sumy region, as well as the settlements of Veterynarne, Vilkhivka, Ternova, Vovchansk, Karaichne and Chuhunivka in the Kharkiv region.
Kolodiazne, Krasne Pershe, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Krokhmalne, Kindrashivka, Pischane and Berestove of the Kharkiv region were hit by enemy fire in the Kupyansk direction.
In the Lyman direction, during the day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the area south of Kuzmyny and Verkhnyokamyansky. Cherneshchyna of the Kharkiv region was hit by artillery fire; Makiivka, Nevske, Dibrova, Bilogorivka in the Luhansk region and Yampolivka, Torske, Siversk, Spirne in the Donetsk region.
In the direction of Bakhmut, the enemy continues to conduct offensive actions, tries to take full control of the city of Bakhmut, battles continue. During the day, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of the Bohdanivka settlement. The units of the defense forces repelled about 10 enemy attacks on the indicated section of the front. Vasiukivka, Minkivka, Zaliznyanske, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Markove, Hryhorivka, Bakhmut, Khromove, Chasiv Yar, Ivanovske, Stupochki, Bila Gora and Druzhba of the Donetsk region were affected by enemy shelling.
In the Avdiivka and Mariinka directions, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the Novokalynove, Severne, Pervomaiske and Mariinka districts. The fiercest battles on the indicated section of the front continue for Mariinka, where more than 10 enemy attacks were repulsed. At the same time, Novokalynove, Kamianka, Stepove, Orlivka, Avdiivka, Severne, Netaylove, Krasnohorivka, Mariinka, Pobieda and Paraskoviivka of the Donetsk region were subjected to enemy shelling.
During the day, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Shakhtarsk direction. Shelled the settlements of Novomykhailivka, Shakhtarske, Novoukrainka, Velyka Novosilka, Vuhledar, Prechistivka, Zolota Nyva, and Novomayorske in the Donetsk region.
In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy continues to build up defensive lines and positions in terms of fortification. He carried out shelling of settlements bordering the line of military confrontation. Among them are Vremivka, Novopil of the Donetsk region; Novosilka, Olhivske, Malinivka, Chervone, Huliaipole, Charivne, Mala Tokmachka of the Zaporizhzhia region; Dudchany, Kachkarivka, Beryslav, Kozatske, Mykolaivka, Ivanivka, Mykilske, Dniprovske of the Kherson region, as well as Kherson.
The Russian invaders continue to suffer heavy losses. To replenish them, the leadership of the armed forces of the Russian Federation decided to hold early graduations from higher military educational institutions of the aggressor country in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kostroma, Penza, Omsk, Tyumen, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Volsk, and Blahoveshchensk on April 29 of this year. At the same time, graduations from VVNOZ, which prepare specialists for the military units of strategic missile forces, aerospace forces and naval forces of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, will be held in accordance with the previously planned schedules.
During the day, the aviation of the Defense Forces carried out 8 strikes on areas where the occupiers were concentrated. An enemy reconnaissance UAV was also shot down.
Units of missile troops and artillery struck 2 areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, 1 ammunition depot, 1 position of anti-aircraft defense equipment and 3 radio electronic warfare stations of the enemy.
