Russian occupiers in Starobilsk started issuing summonses to "Military Commissariat" on streets - RMA

In the occupied territory of the Luhansk region, the Russians are trying to mobilize men.
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the message of Luhansk RMA.
"It has already been reported that men are being sent for a medical examination in Novopskov. Now another wave of mobilization has covered Starobil region, where summonses are finding their owners on the streets of the city.
In Lysychansk, in the area of the glass factory, the occupiers inspected the houses, found them empty, and are moving both the Russian military and other tourists who think they are coming to help Donbas there. Almost all houses are already occupied by them.
Every day in Severodonetsk, people are promised some kind of social benefits, including for damaged property. The first problem is not to collect documents, but to hand them over. Because they accept when they want and from whom they want. The second is the lack of money since the New Year. More than three months have passed. But on the eve of the so-called "first elections" you can't promise anything like that," the message reads.
