Russians attacked Nikopol district of Dnipro region with drones and heavy artillery, - Regional Council
On Saturday, Russian invaders attacked Marhanetska and Myrivska communities of Nikopol district with UAVs and heavy artillery.
As informs Censor.NЕТ, it was reported in Telegram by Head of the Regional Council Mykola Lukashuk.
"The situation in the Nikopol region was restless again: the aggressor attacked the area with UAVs and heavy artillery. The Marhanetska and Myrivska communities were under fire," he wrote.
According to the head of the regional council, a gas pipeline and a fence were damaged. The consequences are being clarified.
"Fortunately, people were not injured. No more hostile attacks were recorded in the region today. The situation is under control in all our communities," Lukashuk emphasized.
The head of the regional council also reminded that the enemy is striking Nikopol from the territory of occupied Enerhodar, Zaporizhzhia region, noting that "as soon as the shelling subsides, everything will be fine."
