Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 52 attacks by occupiers in Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Mariinka directions, - General Staff
Russian troops are concentrating their main efforts on conducting offensive operations in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Mariinka directions.

Thus, the four hundred-and-twelfth day of large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against our country has begun.
Over the past day, the enemy launched 39 air strikes and 7 missile strikes, 4 of which were from the S-300 air defense system, against the peaceful city of Kramatorsk. He carried out 47 attacks from rocket salvo systems on the positions of our troops and the civilian infrastructure of populated areas.
The Russian Federation continues to disregard the laws and customs of war, so the probability of launching missile and air strikes remains high throughout the territory of Ukraine.
Despite numerous losses in equipment and manpower, the enemy does not give up waging a war of aggression. It continues focusing on conducting offensive operations in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Mariinka directions. Last day, our defenders repelled 52 enemy attacks in the indicated directions.
The operational situation has not changed significantly in the Volyn, Polissia, Siversk, and Slobozhansk directions. Certain units of the territorial troops of the armed forces of the Russian Federation continue to be on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
The enemy continues to maintain a military presence in the Kursk and Belgorod regions bordering Ukraine and continues to carry out engineering equipment in the area.
During the past day, the enemy shelled the settlements of Hremiach and Kamianska Sloboda of the Chernihiv region; Katerynivka, Volfyne, Andriivka, and Popivka in the Sumy region, as well as Veterynarne, Strilecha, Starytsia, Hatyshche, Vovchanski Khutory, Okhrimivka, Mala Vovcha, and Vilkhuvatka in the Kharkiv region.
In the direction of Kupiansk, the settlements of Kamianka, Kolodiazne, Krasne Pershe, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Vilshana, Kindrashivka, Kyslivka, and Berestove of the Kharkiv region were hit by enemy fire.
In the Lyman direction, during the past day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions near the settlements of Makiivka, Chervonopivka, and Bilogorivka. Novoyehorivka, Makiivka, Nevske, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region, as well as Torske, Spirne, and Berestov in the Donetsk region, were hit by artillery fire.
In the direction of Bakhmut, the enemy continues to conduct offensive actions, tries to take full control of the city of Bakhmut, fighting continues. During the past day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions near the settlements of Hryhorivka and Khromov. Vasyukivka, Zaliznyanske, Minkivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Bakhmut, Khromov, Ivanovske, Predtechine, Chasiv Yar, Ozaryanivka, Druzhba and New York of the Donetsk region were affected by enemy shelling.
In the Avdiivsk and Mariinka directions, the enemy carried out offensive actions in the areas of Avdiivka, Severne, Nevelske, and Mariinka settlements of the Donetsk region, without success. The fiercest battles continue for Avdiivka and Mariinka. At the same time, the settlements of Novokalynove, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Krasnohorivka, Hostre, Heorhiivka, Mariinka, and Pobeda of the Donetsk region were subjected to enemy shelling.
During the past day, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Shakhtarsky direction. He shelled the settlements of Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, Bohoiavlenka, and Velyka Novosilka in the Donetsk region.
The enemy continues to defend itself in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. During the past day, he shelled settlements near the battle line. Among them are Vremivka of the Donetsk region; Novodanilivka, Orikhiv, Novoandriivka, and Kamianske of the Zaporizhzhia region.
The Russian occupiers continue to increase pressure on Ukrainian citizens in the temporarily occupied territories. Recently, in Snizhne, Donetsk region, employees of the city hospital who did not receive Russian passports were dismissed.
In the city of Enerhodar, Zaporizhzhia region, local residents must obtain permission to move around the region. Those who applied for passes are subject to increased checks by the occupiers for involvement in the defense forces of Ukraine. In some places, the invaders even search human dwellings.
Over the past 24 hours, the Air Force of the Defense Forces has carried out 8 strikes on areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment of the occupiers, as well as a strike on the enemy's anti-aircraft missile complex.
During the past day, an enemy Mi-24 helicopter was shot down, as well as 9 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types.
Units of rocket troops and artillery struck the area of concentration of manpower, weapons, and military equipment, as well as the enemy's ammunition depot.
