State Duma of Russian Federation approved amendment on electronic subpoenas: from now on, evasioners are prohibited from traveling abroad and driving car
The State Duma approved amendments on the delivery of summonses to the military commissariat in electronic format and on restrictions on leaving the Russian Federation for servicemen who received a summons until they appear at the military commissariat.

Thus, the State Duma supported the duty of the tax service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Central Committee, the Ministry of Education, courts, medical organizations, and the social fund to provide data on citizens for military registration.
Also, in the second reading, the draft law on the delivery of electronic summonses and the ban on traveling abroad was adopted. The State Duma approved an amendment to limit the right to drive vehicles for evaders.
As noted, the military registration register will be created in an automated mode. The law also provides for the possibility of duplicating traditional summonses in electronic form.
It is specified that citizens subject to conscription must receive summonses. Summonses can be sent to citizens in writing with a receipt, by registered mail with delivery notice, as well as in electronic form.
Enrollment in the reserve can be carried out without a personal appearance at the military commissariat on the basis of information about citizens.
