Russian occupiers shelled Nikopol. A church was hit, five residential buildings and several power lines were also damaged.
Serhii Lysak, head of Dnipropetrovsk RMA, reported this on Telegram, Censor.NET reports.
"The Russians have once again confirmed that there is nothing sacred about them. The church in Nikopol was hit with heavy artillery. Two people were injured. A 57-year-old man is receiving outpatient treatment, a 38-year-old woman is hospitalized," the message reads.
In addition to the temple, five residential buildings, two cars, and several power lines were damaged in the city. Four farm buildings were mutilated, one more was destroyed.
The consequences of the shelling are being clarified.
