This spring, the Russian military changed its tactics of shelling Ukraine.

This was stated by Yuriy Ihnat, spokesperson for the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the air of the United News telethon, іnforms Censor.NЕТ with reference to Suspilnе.

According to him, during the fall and winter, during the massive shelling of the whole of Ukraine, Russia "actually used its entire strategic arsenal of cruise missiles" and fired them at our critical infrastructure.

"Now it has changed. Since spring, the enemy has been primarily attacking the southern, eastern and northern regions. Wherever it can get those weapons, it attacks," Ihnat said.

The spokesman noted that, according to Ukrainian intelligence, a few months ago Russia had 7,000 missiles for the S-300 in storage, but a large amount of this number has already been used. At the same time, Ihnat said, it is not known exactly what condition these missiles are in.

"We need to understand the condition of these missiles if they are ready for use. How they were stored, whether they are damp. Therefore, it is impossible to say for sure how many combat-ready missiles they have, because as we have seen repeatedly during the use of the S-300, they were found on the territory of Russia. They didn't make it," he said, adding that Russia can produce missiles for the S-300 and S-400 air defense systems.
