Dzhasharbek Uzdenov, a State Duma deputy from the United Russia party, died in Russia.

He was 56 years old.
The party said in a statement that Uzdenov died "after a serious and long illness."
The politician was a member of the State Duma Committee on Ecology, Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
The Insider notes that Uzdenov missed many meetings in 2022, and did not vote for Russia's recognition of the so-called "DPR" and "LPR" as independent, sovereign and independent states.
