The "governor" of Sevastopol, Mykhailo Razvozhaev, announced on the night of April 24 that the Russian Navy is repelling an attack by surface drones on the city.

"Our fleet is now repelling an attack by surface drones on an external raid. All services of the city are on alert. We are keeping calm," he wrote.
Razvozhaev later added that starting at 3:30 a.m., there was an attempt to attack Sevastopol.
"The current situation: one surface drone was destroyed by the forces of the ASSS, the second exploded by itself. Everything happened during an external raid, no objects were damaged.
It is quiet in the city now. But all forces and services are in a state of combat readiness," the message says.
