The occupiers have pulled up a tank brigade in the Avdiivka direction, which they are preparing to use to storm the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As reported by Censor.NET with reference to UNIAN, the head of the United Press Center of the Defense Forces of the Tavria Region, Colonel Oleksii Dmytrashkivsky, announced this on the air of an informational telethon.
According to him, the enemy began to increase artillery shelling in the Avdiivka direction. So, over the past day, there were 494 shellings. In fact, the enemy returned to the number of shellings that was in February.
"There has been information about the transfer of a tank brigade to the Avdiivka region. It should be expected that the enemy will use this technique shortly, as the enemy has been storming positions without using the technique for the past two days," the spokesman said.
Dmytrashkivsky also noted that the occupiers continue to shell Vuhledar with jet artillery.
"Yesterday's shelling may indicate that, perhaps, the enemy will try to carry out assault actions again in this direction. Instead, the enemy lost 200 people killed and wounded and 20 pieces of equipment during the day," he said.
