Ukraine is approaching exchange of prisoners with Russian Federation in format "all for all", - Budanov
Ukraine is conducting negotiations on the exchange of prisoners with Russia in the "all for all" format and is already "coming close to it."
In an interview with RBC-Ukraine, the head of the Defence Intelligence Kyrylo Budanov stated this, Censor.NET reports.
Asked if an all-to-all exchange is a reality, he said: "Yes, we're basically getting there. Let's, again, look at the numbers.
As of now, more than 2,200 people have already been exchanged (the number that Ukraine has freed from captivity. - Ed.). This is an unprecedented case in world history. No one did that. All exchanges take place after the end of the hostilities and not during them."
