Experimental reconstruction project based on "better than it was" principle is starting in six settlements - Shmyhal
Six settlements have been identified, where reconstruction will take place comprehensively and according to new principles within the limits of the experimental project.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal announced this on Telegram channel, Censor.NET informs.
These are Borodianka and Moschun in the Kyiv region, Trostyanets in the Sumy region, Posad-Pokrovske in the Kherson region, Tsyrkuny in the Kharkiv region, and Yahidne in the Chernihiv region.
All these settlements suffered terrible destruction. Now it is from them that we begin reconstruction according to the principle of "better than it was".
