Occupier shelled Kherson with artillery: one killed and one wounded
On the afternoon of April 13, Russian troops shelled Kherson with artillery, leaving one dead and one wounded.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the commission of a war crime that caused the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
"According to the investigation, on the afternoon of April 13, 2025, the Russian military fired artillery at the Dniprovsky district of Kherson. As a result, a 62-year-old woman died. A 47-year-old man is also known to have been injured," the statement said.
