Terrorists did not allow OSCE observers to their strongholds in Debaltseve area, - ATO speaker

Terrorists have once again prevented the observers of the OSCE mission to the areas where their strongholds are located.

Presidential Administration spokesman on anti-terrorist operation (ATO) matters Colonel Oleksandr Motuzianyk announced today at a briefing, Censor.NET reports citing the NSDC information center.

"The command of the so-called 7th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade (Debaltseve) banned access of OSCE SMM observers to the areas where their strongholds are located," he said.

He stressed that such a situation is a gross violation of the Minsk agreements.
